椎管内分娩镇痛对高龄产妇分娩的研究现状及展望

近年来,随着我国二胎三胎政策的开放,高龄产妇的数量在逐年增多,与适龄产妇相比,不仅身体条件有所下降,心理变化也更加复杂,随之而来的不良妊娠结局的发生率相对较高,产后抑郁的发生率相对增加。而剧烈的分娩痛是诱发不良妊娠结局及产后抑郁的高危因素。目前,分娩痛是唯一且可控制的危险因素。因此,分娩镇痛对高龄产妇的影响引起人们的广泛关注。文章综述并探讨了分娩镇痛对高龄产妇的影响,以便对分娩镇痛进一步地推广。

In recent years, with the opening of China’s two-child and three-child policy, the number of elderly parturients is increasing year by year. Compared with the young parturients, not only their physical conditions have declined, but also their psychological changes have become more complex. The in-cidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes is relatively high, and the incidence of postpartum depres-sion is relatively increased. Severe labor pain is a high risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcome and postpartum depression. At present, labor pain is the only controllable risk factor. Therefore, the influence of labor analgesia on the elderly parturients has aroused widespread concern. This article reviewed and discussed the influence of labor analgesia on the elderly parturients, so as to further promote labor analgesia.
