复发性胆总管结石的外科治疗进展

Progress in Surgical Treatment of Recurrent Choledocholithiasis

胆总管结石术后高复发率一直没有得到很好地解决,很多患者一生要进行多次手术治疗,反复复发可能会导致严重的并发症和过高的医疗费用,严重影响了患者的生活质量,随着医疗水平的进步,复发性胆总管结石的患者治疗方式由传统的开腹手术逐渐向微创转变,笔者通过整理归纳相关文章,就传统开腹手术,腹腔镜的应用,内镜治疗,以及机器人技术四个维度治疗复发性胆总管结石作一综述。

The high recurrence rate of postoperative choledocholithiasis has not been well solved. Many pa-tients have to undergo multiple operations in their lives, which may lead to serious complications and high medical expenses, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. With the progress of medical standards, the treatment of patients with recurrent choledocholithiasis has gradually changed from traditional laparotomy to minimally invasive surgery. This paper reviews the treat-ment of recurrent choledocholithiasis from four dimensions: traditional laparotomy, application of laparoscopy, endoscopic therapy and robotics.
