近些年来,由于生活的改变,工作寿命的拉长,人体癌症的发病率也相应增加。越来越多的研究已经证实炎症因子对恶性肿瘤的发生发展起到了确定性作用。包括泌尿系统肿瘤。C反应蛋白是一种急性期反应物,被认为是急性和慢性全身炎症的标志物,且易于测量。本章将对炎症因子中最主要的C反应蛋白和泌尿系统肿瘤中前列腺癌的发展相关的最新进展作一简要综述。

In recent years, due to changes in life and longer working life, the incidence of cancer in the human body has increased accordingly. More and more studies have confirmed that inflammatory factors play a deterministic role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors, which include tumors of the urinary system. C-reactive protein, an acute phase reactant, is considered to be a marker of acute and chronic systemic inflammation and is easy to measure. In this chapter, we will briefly review the recent progress of C-reactive protein, the most important inflammatory factor, and the development of prostate cancer in urinary tumors.
