血清骨钙素对脂代谢的影响及其分子机制的研究进展

摘要 血清骨钙素(osteocalcin, OC)作为骨代谢的特异性标志物之一,是一种维生素K依赖性蛋白,主要由成骨细胞合成和分泌,可反映骨活性和骨转化情况。目前越来越多的研究表明骨钙素除参与骨代谢,还可作为内分泌激素以非羧化形式调节脂代谢。骨钙素可通过改善动脉粥样硬化和调节血脂等多种方式参与脂代谢;可通过介导G蛋白偶联受体(G protein coupled receptor 6A, GPCR6A)调控胰岛素分泌,也可通过调控脂联素的表达及维生素K水平参与脂代谢。本文就血清骨钙素对脂代谢的影响及其相关分子机制做以综述。 As one of the specific markers of bone metabolism, Serum Osteocalcin (OC) is a vitamin K-dependent protein, which is mainly synthesized and secreted by osteoblasts, and can reflect bone activity and bone transformation. At present, more and more studies show that osteocalcin not only participates in bone metabolism, but also acts as an endocrine hormone to regulate lipid metabo-lism in the form of non carboxylation. Osteocalcin can participate in lipid metabolism by improving atherosclerosis and regulating blood lipids;It can regulate insulin secretion by mediating G protein coupled receptor 6A (GPCR6A), and participate in lipid metabolism by regulating adiponectin ex-pression and vitamin K level. This article reviews the effect of serum osteocalcin on lipid metabo-lism and its related molecular mechanisms.
