摘要
报道1例抗基底膜(glomerular basement membrane, GBM)肾小球肾炎的老年女性患者,经自身抗体检查及临床表现确诊,由血浆置换、激素、免疫抑制剂治疗后抗体恢复正常。进行相关文献查阅并整理,探讨抗基底膜肾小球肾炎的发病机制、流行病学、临床表现、诊疗及预后,以提高对此病的认识。
An elderly female patient with anti-basement membrane (GBM) glomerulonephritis was reported. The patient was diagnosed by autoantibody examination and clinical manifestations, and the anti-body recovered after plasma exchange, hormone and immunosuppressive therapy. Relevant liter-ature was reviewed and sorted out, to investigate the pathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical manifes-tations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of anti-basement membrane glomerulonephritis, so as to improve the understanding of this disease.
