手术治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展

变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉科在临床中最常见的疾病,临床表现为鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻分泌亢进、鼻黏膜肿胀等。由于致敏源复杂,普通人群的患病率逐年增加,部分病人可能还会出现严重哮喘的并发症。关于变应性鼻炎的治疗,主要是采用药物治疗,但其远期疗效差强人意,需长期服用。因此,手术治疗变应性鼻炎成为重要的辅助手段。本文就手术治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展及疗效进行综述。

Allergic rhinitis is the most common disease in the department of otolaryngology. Its clinical mani-festations include nasal itching, choking, hypersecretion and nasal mucosa swelling. Due to the complex source of sensitization, the prevalence of the general population is increasing year by year, and some patients may also have severe asthma complications. The treatment of allergic rhinitis is mainly drug therapy, but its long-term effect is unsatisfactory, it needs to take long-term medicine. Therefore, surgical treatment of allergic rhinitis has become an important auxiliary means. This ar-ticle reviews the research progress and efficacy of surgical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
