摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)是一种风湿免疫科常见的自身免疫性疾病,发病机制复杂,目前尚未阐明,近年来的一些研究进展让我们对该疾病的发病机制有了深入认识。其中,T淋巴细胞已被证实在介导免疫相关性疾病中发挥重要作用,而CD4+T淋巴细胞在系统性红斑狼疮的发生和发展阶段扮演着重要角色。本文综述了CD4+T细胞与SLE之间关系的研究进展,对提高SLE早期诊断能力及有效治疗提供依据,有助于寻找SLE新的生物标志物及治疗靶点。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common autoimmune disease in rheumatology. The path-ogenesis of the disease is complex and has not yet been elucidated, but recent advances in research have provided insight into the pathogenesis of the disease. Among these, T lymphocytes have been shown to play an important role in mediating immune-related diseases, and CD4+T lymphocytes play an important role in the development and progression of SLE. This paper reviews the progress of research on the relationship between CD4+T cells and SLE, which will provide a basis for improv-ing the early diagnosis and effective treatment of SLE, and help to identify new therapeutic targets and biomarkers for SLE.
