Research Progress of Intestinal Flora in the Treatment of Lung Cancer—Intestinal Flora and Lung Cancer

肺癌的发病率和死亡率快速增长,是对人类生命威胁较大的恶性肿瘤,而肠道菌群通过代谢或免疫等途径影响肺癌的发生发展,同时影响肺癌对放化疗、免疫治疗等治疗方法的疗效。本文主要通过对肠道菌群与肺癌的相关性研究进展进行综述,深入探讨肠道菌群在肺癌发生发展、治疗以及预后中的潜在作用。

The incidence and mortality of lung cancer are increasing rapidly, and it is a malignant tumor that poses a great threat to human life. Intestinal flora affects the occurrence and development of lung cancer through metabolism or immunity, as well as the efficacy of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy on lung cancer. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress on the correlation between intestinal flora and lung cancer, and explored the potential role of intestinal flora in the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of lung cancer.
