物理因子治疗对骨质疏松症的研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种主要影响中老年人健康的骨病,其特点是骨密度降低,骨的微观结构被破坏,骨的脆性增加,对骨折的易感性增加。目前,药物治疗是有效预防骨质疏松症和降低骨折率的一个重要手段。然而,治疗间隔时间长和药物的副作用是一个问题。物理因子治疗的优点是更有效,副作用更少。本文讨论了物理因子治疗在骨质疏松症治疗中的应用,为临床进一步治疗骨质疏松提供更完善的方案。 Osteoporosis is a bone disease that mainly affects the health of middle-aged and elderly people and is characterized by reduced bone density, destruction of bone microstructure, increased bone fra-gility, and increased susceptibility to fracture. Currently, pharmacological treatment is an im-portant tool for effective prevention of osteoporosis and reduction of fracture rate. However, the long time between treatments and the side effects of drugs are a problem. The advantages of physi-cal factor therapy are that it is more effective and has fewer side effects. This article discusses the application of physical therapy in the treatment of osteoporosis to provide a better solution for fur-ther clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
