本文旨在对葡萄膜炎的治疗方法进行总结和探讨。葡萄膜炎是一类常见眼科致盲疾病,病因复杂、种类繁多,发病机制涉及感染、自身免疫等多种机制且尚未完全阐明。通过参阅国内外相关文献发现,类固醇激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂药物是治疗葡萄膜炎的主要措施;随着医疗技术的进展,一些新型治疗手段比如基因治疗、RNA干扰等技术也将逐步用于葡萄膜炎的治疗。

This paper aims to summarize and explore the treatment of uveitis. Uveitis is a kind of common ophthalmic blindness disease, with complex etiology and various types. The pathogenesis involves various mechanisms, such as infection and autoimmunity, and it has not been fully clarified. Through the relevant domestic and international literature, steroid hormones, immunosuppressants and biological agents are the main measures for the treatment of uveitis;with the progress of medical technology, some new treatment methods such as gene therapy and RNA interference will be gradually used in the treatment of uveitis.
