近年来,中国患者冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的发病率和死亡率在逐渐增加,已形成了严峻的公共卫生挑战。而导致冠心病的主要原因也有很多,而在这当中,血脂异常成为了其中的一种主要原因,对冠心病产生了很大作用。而按照组成与数量上的差异,本文也对脂蛋白进行了划分,在这当中,脂蛋白a作为一个重要成分和有关因子,具有促进炎症反应、促进血栓生成和促使平滑肌细胞生长的重要功能。因此,探明脂蛋白a与冠心病的关系将有助于我们对冠心病这种疾病的进一步认识。

Therefore, exploring the relationship between lipoprotein a and coronary heart disease will help us further understand the disease of coronary heart disease.
