急性T/髓混合表型白血病1例

A Case of Acute T/Myeloid Mixed Phenotype Leukemia

急性混合表型白血病是白血病的一个极其罕见的亚型,发病率极低,而且受高耐药性和高复发率的制约,该类型白血病的预后极其不理想,目前国际上仍未有任何相关治疗本类白血病的指南或治疗方案。本文介绍1例儿童急性混合型白血病患者,并为其诱导化疗成功的案例。

Acute mixed phenotype leukemia is an extremely rare subtype of leukemia with a very low inci-dence, and is restricted by high drug resistance and high recurrence rate. The prognosis of this type of leukemia is extremely unsatisfactory. At present, there are no international guidelines or treat-ment programs for the treatment of this type of leukemia. This paper presents a case of successful induction chemotherapy in a child with acute mixed leukemia.
