Application of Two-Dimensional Real-Time Shear Wave Elastography in Chronic Hepatitis

慢性乙型肝炎是导致肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌、门静脉高压、胃底食管静脉曲张的常见原因,近年来超声二维剪切波弹性成像作为无创检测肝纤维化的技术,已在临床广泛应用,本文介绍此技术在慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏疾病及并发症方面的应用进展。

Chronic hepatitis B is a common cause of liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, portal hypertension, and gastric fundus esophageal varices. In recent years, ultrasonic two-dimensional shear wave elas-ticity as a non-invasive technique for detecting liver fibrosis, has been widely used in clinical prac-tice. This article introduces the progress of this technique in the application of liver diseases and complications in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
