《伤寒论》六经辩证在眩晕病中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Six Meridians of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Vertigo

《伤寒论》中的六经辩证是以《黄帝内经》为基础,完善、创新了《黄帝内经》的六经理论,并在六经理论的基础上创造了与之不同的六经辩证法则。本文以六经理论为基础,从六经辩证出发,认识眩晕、分析眩晕、治疗眩晕。眩晕主要是以头晕眼花为主的一类病证,是临床上常见的症状之一;在临床上此病可涉及多个学科,如心血管科(高血压)、内分泌科(低血糖)、针灸科(颈椎病)、神经科(脑外伤)等。绝大多数人一生中均经历此症,具有一定的复杂性和难治性。因此本文以六经辩证为基础,通过明确分析《伤寒论》中的经典条文,如水气为病的太阳病、以浊遏清阳为病的阳明病、以枢机不利为病的少阳病等,为中医药治疗眩晕病提供更多的思路和方法。

Dialectics of Six Classics in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is based on Huangdi Neijing, which perfects and innovates the theory of Six Classics in Huangdi Neijing, and creates different dialectical rules of Six Classics based on the theory of Six Classics. Based on the theory of six meridians, this paper starts from the dialectical analysis of six meridians, and understands, analyzes and treats vertigo. Vertigo is a kind of disease mainly characterized by dizziness, which is one of the common clinical symptoms. Clinically, this disease can involve many disciplines, such as cardiovascular department (hypertension), endocrinology department (hypoglycemia), acupuncture department (cervical spondylosis), neurology department (brain injury) and so on. Most people have experienced this disease in their lifetime, which is complicated and difficult to treat. Therefore, based on the dialec-tical analysis of the Six Classics, this paper provides more ideas and methods for treating vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine by clearly analyzing the classic articles in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, such as sun disease with water vapor as the disease, Yangming disease with turbidity suppressing and clearing yang as the disease, and shaoyang disease with cardinal disadvantage as the disease.
