甲状腺影像报告和数据系统的临床应用研究进展

摘要 甲状腺结节(TN)是内分泌最常见的疾病之一,严重影响广大人民的身心健康。甲状腺癌(Thyroid cancer TC)的早期发现及诊断对甲状腺疾病的治疗及预后具有积极意义。目前超声(Ultro-Sound, US)成像因具有低廉、无创伤、无辐射、实时动态成像等优点,是甲状腺结节临床诊断的主要手段,在甲状腺癌早期诊断、甲状腺结节性质鉴别等方面发挥重要作用。但由于常规甲状腺疾病影像学检查报告中对甲状腺病灶特征缺乏标准化、规范化的术语描述,甲状腺疾病诊疗水平降低,而甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(TI-RADS)的提出及应用可提高临床医师对甲状腺疾病的诊断水平,使更多甲状腺结节患者得到及时治疗,也可以为甲状腺癌的早期临床诊断提供一定依据。 Thyroid nodule (TN) is one of the most common endocrine diseases, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of the vast number of people. The early detection and diagnosis of Thy-roid cancer TC is of positive significance to the treatment and prognosis of thyroid diseases. Cur-rently, ultrasound-sound (US) imaging is the main means for clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules due to its advantages of low cost, non-trauma, non-radiation and real-time dynamic imaging, and plays an important role in early diagnosis of thyroid cancer and identification of thyroid nodule properties. However, due to the lack of standardized and normalized terminology description of thyroid lesion characteristics in conventional thyroid disease imaging examination reports, the di-agnosis and treatment level of thyroid diseases are reduced. The proposal and application of thy-roid imaging Report and data system (TI-RADS) can improve the diagnostic level of thyroid diseases by clinicians, so that more patients with thyroid nodules can receive timely treatment. It can also provide some basis for the early clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
