高压氧联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后并发症的研究进展

Research Progress of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Complications after Stroke

脑卒中是一种常见的急性脑血管病,绝大多数患者都会遗留并发症,而且并发症对病人的生活质量有严重影响。针对并发症的治疗研究越来越多,其中高压氧和重复经颅磁刺激是有效改善并发症的治疗方法,作为近几十年来逐渐应用于临床的新型物理治疗手段:高压氧、重复经颅磁刺激二者在卒中后并发症的应用是目前研究的热点。本文旨在回顾高压氧和经颅磁刺激联合治疗近年来在国内外并发症方面的临床应用情况。

Stroke is a common acute cerebrovascular disease, and most patients will leave complications, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. There are more and more studies on the treat-ment of complications, among which hyperbaric oxygen and repetitive transcranial magnetic stim-ulation are effective treatment methods to improve complications. As new physical therapy meth-ods, hyperbaric oxygen and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation have been gradually ap-plied to clinical practice in recent decades, and their effects on complications after stroke are cur-rent research hot spots. This article aims to review the clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of complications at home and abroad in recent years.
