骶髂关节骨折脱位是骨盆骨折中不稳定型损伤之一,是一种多因间接或直接暴力造成的高能量损伤。近年来报道了越来越多的骶髂关节骨折后脱位的病例,但对骶髂关节骨折前脱位的诊断、损伤机制和治疗的研究却很少。本文回顾了骶髂关节前骨折脱位的相关文献,就骶髂关节骨折前脱位的影像学诊断、损伤机制和治疗恢复等方面内容作一综述,以期使读者对骶髂关节骨折前脱位有一个更加全面的认识,从而选择更合理的治疗方式。

Fracture and dislocation of the sacroiliac joint is one of the unstable injuries in pelvic fracture, which is a kind of high energy injury caused by indirect or direct violence. In recent years, more and more cases of sacroiliac joint dislocation after fracture have been reported, but there are few stud-ies on the diagnosis, injury mechanism and treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation before fracture. This paper reviews the literature on anterior sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation, and reviews the imaging diagnosis, injury mechanism, treatment and recovery of anterior sacroiliac joint frac-ture and dislocation, so as to enable readers to have a more comprehensive understanding of ante-rior sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation, so as to choose more reasonable treatment methods.
