摘要 YBX1作为多功能结合蛋白,参与多种细胞过程,通过TGF-β通路、炎性因子、介导上皮间质转化、调节胶原蛋白的表达等多种机制,发挥致纤维化作用,YBX1有可能成为治疗纤维化的新靶点。 As a multifunctional binding protein, YBX1 is involved in a variety of cellular processes. It plays a fibrogenic role through TGF-β pathway, inflammatory factors, mediating epithelial interstitial transformation, regulating collagen expression and other mechanisms. YBX1 may become a new target for the treatment of fibrosis.
