Research Progress in the Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

在带状疱疹的临床治疗中,针灸疗法和药物疗法是两种最为常见的治疗方法,均能有效缓解带状疱疹神经痛等症状,两者联合使用不仅能够使临床疗效提升,还能缩短疗程。临床实践中,针灸和药物可通过不同方式组合起来,本文总结了近5年各类针灸方式联合药物内服、外用以及穴位注射等各个方面对治疗带状疱疹的临床研究进展。

In the clinical treatment of herpes zoster, acupuncture and drug therapy are the two most common treatment methods, both of which can effectively relieve symptoms such as herpes zoster neuralgia. The combination of the two can not only improve the clinical efficacy, but also shorten the course of treatment. In clinical practice, acupuncture and medicine can be combined in different ways. This paper summarizes the clinical research progress of various acupuncture and moxibustion methods combined with internal administration, external use and acupoint injection in the treatment of herpes zoster in the past five years.
