肿瘤的发生与发展不仅取决于它们本身是代谢过程,还受到肿瘤内部环境的影响。肿瘤的微环境可以被描述为多个因素共同作用的结果,包括间质细胞、周围的非肿瘤细胞、血管、免疫细胞和分子。这些因素之间的交互作用可能会促进肿瘤细胞的增殖,并导致免疫系统的逃逸,从而导致肿瘤的发展和扩散。因此,肿瘤的治疗已经从仅仅关注肿瘤本身的角度转变为关注整个微环境。近年,肿瘤免疫治疗取得一定疗效与微环境的免疫抑制紧密相关。因此,本文将阐述有关肿瘤微环境影响肿瘤生长转移及治疗的相关研究进展,探索改善免疫治疗效果的理论基础。
The occurrence and development of tumors not only depend on their own metabolic processes, but also be affected by the internal environment of tumors. The tumor microenvironment can be de-scribed as the result of a combination of factors, including stromal cells, surrounding non-tumor cells, blood vessels, immune cells, and molecules. The interaction between these factors may pro-mote the proliferation of tumor cells and lead to the escape of the immune system, which leads to the development and spread of tumors. As a result, tumor treatment has shifted from focusing solely on the tumor itself to focusing on the entire microenvironment. In recent years, the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy is closely related to the immunosuppression of microenvironment. There-fore, this paper will elaborate relevant research progress on the effect of tumor microenvironment on tumor growth and metastasis and treatment, and explore the theoretical basis for improving the effect of immunotherapy.
