摘要
胃癌(GC)是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其明确的发病机制仍是一个亟待解决的问题。Nrf2/HO-1信号通路是细胞氧化应激的重要信号通路,研究发现Nrf2/HO-1信号通路的异常激活或累积能影响胃癌细胞的生长、血管形成及耐药性。本文将详细论述Nrf2/HO-1信号通路与胃癌之间的相互作用及其耐药机制,为提高胃癌的诊断、预防和治疗提供有效的技术手段。
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in our country, its clear pathogen-esis is still a problem to be solved. Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway is an important signaling pathway of cellular oxidative stress. Studies have shown that abnormal activation or accumulation of Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway can affect the growth, angiogenesis and drug resistance of gastric cancer cells. In this paper, the interaction between Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway and gastric cancer and the mechanism of drug resistance will be discussed in detail, so as to provide effective technical means for improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
