中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见疾病,临床多以局部无力、麻木、疼痛和功能障碍等症状为主,同时因保守治疗见效相对比较慢,或治疗不彻底,可反复发作,易转变成慢性腰部疾病,给患者增加痛苦的同时,也干扰了其正常工作和生活。目前,现代医学针对腰椎间盘突出症的主要治疗方法是保守治疗和手术治疗,存在手术治疗风险较大、并发症较多等不足。相比之下,中药、针刺、艾灸和推拿等中医药方法和手段治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法,各具特色,具有操作简单、疗效显著、效果持久、成本低廉等优势和特点,深受广大患者的认可。因此,为更好地运用中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症,从腰椎间盘突出症的分型、诊断、治疗、康复等维度入手,坚持预防为主、规范诊疗、快速康复的原则,制定科学、合理、规范的临床管理方案,对于提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果,达到改善患者预后的目的,这是不断提高临床诊疗水平的重要路径。现对临床上运用中医药理论和方法治疗此症的进展进行综述,以不断总结经验,为临床治疗提供参考。

Therefore, in order to better use traditional Chinese medicine to treat lumbar disc herni-ation, starting from the dimensions of classification, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation, adhering to the principle of prevention first, standardized diagnosis and treatment, and rapid rehabilitation, and formulating a scientific, reasonable and standardized clin-ical management plan, which is an important way to continuously improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level for improving the treatment effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improving the prognosis of patients. The progress of clinical application of Chinese medicine theo-ries and methods in the treatment of this disease is reviewed, so as to continuously summarize ex-perience and provide reference for clinical treatment.
