摘要
目的:了解精神科医生职业生涯中病人自杀死亡经历及对其产生的影响。方法:采用自制问卷作为调查工具,开展网上调查。结果:参与研究的189名精神科医生中有91人(48.15%)经历过病人自杀死亡。当得知病人自杀死亡时,精神科医生的情绪反应依次为震惊(68.13%)、挫败(41.76%)和紧张(39.56%)。出现的生理和心理反应包括影响睡眠(45.05%)和情绪不稳(41.76%)。45名(49.45%)精神科医生的工作实践产生变化,主要表现为变得对自杀问题更敏感。18名(19.78%)精神科医生的个人生活产生变化,主要表现为更关心自己和他人的心理健康。结论:精神病人自杀死亡的经历在精神科医生这一群体中并不少见,会带给他们情绪反应、生理和心理反应,促成一系列包括工作实践和个人生活上的变化。
Objective: To learn the experience and impact of psychopaths’ death by suicide in a psychiatrist’s career life. Methods: Use a self-made questionnaire as a tool, conduct online surveys. Result: Nine-ty-one (48.15%) of the 189 psychiatrists who participated in the research experienced death by su-icide in psychopaths. When knowing that the patient died by suicide, the psychiatrist’s emotional reaction included shock (68.13%), defeated (41.76%) and nervousness (39.56%). The physical and psychological reaction included sleeping affect (45.05%) and unstable emotion (41.76%). Forty-five (49.45%) psychiatrists had change in their work practice, mainly manifested as becoming more sensitive to suicide issues. Eighteen (19.78%) psychiatrists had change in their personal life, mainly manifested as be more concerned about their own and others’ mental health. Conclusion: The expe-rience of death by suicide in psychopaths is not uncommon among psychiatrists, which brings them emotional, physical and psychological reaction, leading to a series of change in work practice and personal life.
