金黄色葡萄球菌是常见的引起社区感染和医院感染的致病菌之一。随着抗生素的普及,金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性问题变得越来越突出。特别是当细菌在某些特定环境中形成生物膜,导致抗生素的有效性受到影响,甚至完全失去作用。本文就金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的研究进展进行综述,期望为开发出新的抗菌药物提供参考依据。

The extensive use of antibacterial drugs has caused the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to become increasingly serious in recent years, making it one of the most frequent pathogens causing both community and hospital infections. In particular, bacteria form biofilms under certain condi-tions to produce drug resistance, so that antibacterial drugs are ineffective or even ineffective. This paper reviewed the advancement of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm research to furnish a basis for the creation of novel antibacterial medications.
