四组化痰类方剂对LPS致小鼠急性肺损伤的作用研究

摘要 为研究四组化痰类中药方剂对LPS致小鼠急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)的疗效,本实验拟通过脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharides, LPS)刺激KM小鼠模拟肺部损伤,模型建立后采用桔梗甘草汤、贵州新冠痰湿质推荐方、五苓散、小柴胡汤进行灌胃处理,结果显示,通过LPS雾化处理成功构建小鼠ALI模型,四组方剂均可改善LPS诱导的小鼠ALI和肺部炎症反应情况。 In order to study the efficacy by four groups of phlegm-reducing prescriptions on LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in mice, this experiment was designed to simulate lung injury in KM mice stimu-lated with Lipopolysaccharides (LPS), and the model was established by gavage treatment with JieGengGanCao decoction, Guizhou Xinguan Phlegm-Dampness Recommended prescription, WuL-ingSan and Xiao Chaihu decoction. The results revealed that the ALI model in mice was successfully constructed by LPS nebulization treatment, and all four groups prescriptions could improve the LPS-induced ALI and lung inflammatory response in mice.
