摘要
上尿路尿路上皮癌(upper tract urothelial carcinoma, UTUC)是比较罕见但恶性程度较高的,起源于上尿路尿路上皮的恶性肿瘤,其发病率约占尿路上皮癌的5%~10%。近年来UTUC发病率呈上升趋势,由于其术后复发转移风险较高,接受外科手术治疗后的患者预后仍然不是很理想。相比于传统的预后预测模型,能够捕捉肿瘤行为和反映侵袭性的血液生物标志物可以术前获取,创伤性小,能够为UTUC患者术前干预、术后治疗及随访提供依据。本综述概述了血液中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值和球蛋白与UTUC患者预后相关研究的进展。
Upper urinary tract epithelial carcinoma (UTUC) is a relatively rare but highly malignant tumor originating from the upper urinary tract epithelium, and its incidence rate accounts for about 5%~10% of urinary tract epithelial carcinoma. In recent years, the incidence rate of UTUC is on the rise. Because of its high risk of recurrence and metastasis after surgery, the prognosis of patients receiving surgical treatment is still not ideal. Compared to traditional prognostic prediction models, blood biomarkers that can capture tumor behavior and reflect invasiveness can be obtained pre-operative with minimal trauma, providing a basis for preoperative intervention, postoperative treatment, and follow-up in patients with UTUC. This review summarizes the progress of research on the relationship between blood neutrophil lymphocyte ratio, globulin, and prognosis in patients with UTUC.
