冠心病患者左室舒张功能与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

Correlation Research between Left Ventricular Diastolic Function and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

近年来的研究表明胰岛素抵抗的发生与机体炎症、氧化应激、microRNA的表达、胰岛素代谢信号通路异常以及线粒体功能障碍等诸多因素有关,这些因素导致机体组织器官出现胰岛素敏感性降低的情况,进而影响其正常功能。其中,胰岛素抵抗作为高血压、血管钙化、冠心病、心肌病、心功能不全及脂代谢异常的危险因素,已经成为当前研究的热点之一。本综述主要探讨胰岛素抵抗与冠心病左室舒张功能的发生、发展过程,可以为冠心病患者舒张功能减退的预防、治疗靶点前移提供新的思路。

Recent studies have shown that the occurrence of insulin resistance is related to many factors such as inflammation, oxidative stress, microRNA expression, abnormal insulin metabolic signaling pathway and mitochondrial dysfunction. These factors lead to the decrease of insulin sensitivity in body tissues and organs, thus affecting their normal function. Among them, insulin resistance, as a risk factor for hypertension, vascular calcification, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiac insufficiency, and abnormal lipid metabolism, has become one of the current research hotspots. This review mainly discusses the occurrence and development of insulin resistance and left ven-tricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease, which can provide a new idea the prevention of diastolic dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease and the advancement of treatment target.
