Research Progress of rs-fMRI in Acupuncture Treatment of Menstrual Migraine

针刺治疗月经性偏头痛安全有效,但其作用机理尚未明确。该文基于静息态功能磁共振成像技术,综述近年来在针刺治疗月经性偏头痛研究中的相关文献,并从脑网络层面探寻针刺作用机制,以期为临床治疗提供更多思路。

Acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of menstrual migraine, but its mechanism of ac-tion is not yet clear. Based on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging, this article re-views the recent literature on acupuncture in the treatment of menstrual migraine and explores the mechanism of acupuncture action at the level of brain network in order to provide more ideas for clinical treatment.
