Advances in Atrial Fibrillation in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

射血分数保留心力衰竭(HFpEF)是一种复杂的临床综合征,约一半以上的HFpEF患者会发生房颤(AF)。这两种常见的心血管疾病合并存在时,如何治疗仍然是巨大挑战,并且两者的治疗策略仍存在争议。本文结合最新研究证据对国内外有关射血分数保留心衰(HFpEF)合并房颤(AF)的相关治疗做一综述。

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a complex clinical syndrome. More than 50% of HFpEF patients will develop atrial fibrillation (AF). When these two common cardiovascular dis-eases are combined, how to treat them is still a huge challenge, and the treatment strategies of both are still controversial. This article mainly reviews the treatment progress of atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with ejection fraction preserved heart failure (HFpEF) at home and abroad.
