列线图在心血管疾病中的应用与研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Nomogram in Cardiovascular Disease

随着大数据时代的来临,各种预测模型被广泛地应用于临床,并在心血管疾病中得到了广泛的应用。列线图是目前最常用的一种方法,但构建列线图的预测因子、列线图的构建方法、是否经过内部和外部的验证以及临床上的实用性都存在差异,这篇文章的目标是介绍近期有关常见的心血管疾病诊断、预后和并发症的列线图的研究进展,对列线图的基础知识进行分析,评估列线图的性能,提出临床预测模型建模的新思路,并增加预测模型在我们未来临床研究中的应用。

With the advent of the era of big data, various predictive models have been widely used in clinical practice and in cardiovascular disease. Nomogram are one of the most commonly used methods, but there are differences in the predictors used to construct nomogram, the method of constructing nomogram, whether they have been validated internally and externally, and their clinical useful-ness. The objectives of this article are to present recent advances in research on nomogram for the diagnosis, prognosis and complications of common cardiovascular diseases, to analyze the basics of nomogram, to assess the performance, to propose new ideas for modelling clinical predictive mod-els, and to increase the application of predictive models in our future clinical studies.
