快速外科康复理念在骨盆骨折围手术期护理的研究进展

Research Progress of Enhanced Recovery af-ter Surgery in the Perioperative Care of Pel-vic Fractures

快速外科康复理念是一种以循证医学为基础的围手术期综合性管理理念,近几年成为骨盆骨折领域的研究热点。本文主要综述了快速外科康复理念在骨盆骨折围手术期的应用,包括术前抗休克护理、术前患者评估、术前心理护理与健康宣教、术前饮食护理、术前胃肠道护理和术前皮肤护理;术中麻醉管理、术中液体管理和术中体温管理;术后的多模式镇痛护理、术后早期进食、术后引流管护理、术后早期康复锻炼和出院指导,为临床积极推进快速外科康复理念提供新思路。

The concept of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery is a comprehensive management concept in the perioperative period based on evidence-based medicine, which has become a research hotspot in the field of pelvic fracture in recent years. This paper reviews the application of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in the perioperative period of pelvic fracture, including preoperative anti-shock care, preoperative patient assessment, preoperative psychological care and health education, preopera-tive dietary care, preoperative gastrointestinal care and preoperative skin care;intraoperative an-esthesia management, intraoperative fluid management and intraoperative temperature manage-ment;postoperative multimodal analgesic care, early postoperative feeding, postoperative drain-age tube care, early postoperative rehabilitation exercises. This study provides new ideas for the active promotion of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in clinical practice.
