耳穴法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究综述

Advances in Clinical Study of Auricular Acupoint Therapy for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种广泛存在的生殖内分泌紊乱疾病,主要影响育龄妇女。中医学在治疗PCOS方面采用多种方法,包括中药疗法、针灸疗法以及耳穴疗法等。近年来,耳穴疗法在临床实践中的疗效不断被证实。本文通过综合现有的临床随机对照试验和疗效研究,对耳穴疗法治疗PCOS进行归纳总结。具体而言,耳穴贴压法、耳穴埋针法和耳穴针刺法是现有研究中被广泛应用的三种方法。本文的目的是为PCOS的治疗提供临床参考依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine approaches are commonly used for treating Polycystic Ovary Syn-drome (PCOS), which is a prevalent reproductive endocrine disorder among women of reproductive age. These approaches include herbal medicine, acupuncture, and auricular therapy. In recent years, the clinical efficacy of auricular therapy has been increasingly recognized through ongoing practice. This article aims to provide a summary of the existing research on clinical randomized controlled trials and the therapeutic effects of auricular therapy in the treatment of PCOS. The re-viewed studies are categorized into three sections: auricular acupressure, auricular embedding acupuncture, and auricular needle acupuncture. The findings of this article provide clinical refer-ences for the treatment of PCOS.
