维生素D缺乏与儿童过敏性疾病相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Vitamin D Deficiency and Allergic Diseases in Children

目前维生素D缺乏已经成为全球普遍的健康问题,同时有关儿童过敏性疾病的报道也逐年增多,严重影响着儿童的身心健康。近年来研究发现维生素D水平与生命早期的免疫系统以及儿童过敏性疾病密切相关。本文综述了维生素D水平与儿童呼吸道过敏、食物过敏、皮肤过敏、过敏性结膜炎之间的相关性并对未来治疗儿童过敏性疾病做出展望。

At present, vitamin D deficiency has become a common health problem in the world, and the re-ports of allergic diseases in children are increasing year by year, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of children. Recent studies have found that vitamin D levels are closely related to the immune system in early life and childhood allergic diseases. This article reviews the association between vitamin D levels and respiratory allergies, food allergies, skin allergies, and allergic con-junctivitis in children, and provides an outlook for the future treatment of childhood allergic dis-eases.
