摘要
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, PCI)是临床最常用的血运重建方式,但是与其相关并发症影响患者的生活质量和预后,其中包括PCI术相关冠脉慢血流现象,表现为不明原因心绞痛等。本文从发病机制、对心机的影响和防治三个方面对PCI术相关冠状动脉慢血流现象做一综述。
Percutaneous coronary intervention is the most commonly used mode of revascularization in clini-cal practice, but its associated complications affect patients’ quality of life and prognosis, including PCI-related coronary slow flow phenomenon, manifested as unexplained angina pectoris. This arti-cle reviews the PCI related coronary slow flow phenomenon from three aspects: pathogenesis, in-fluence on heart and prevention and treatment.
