中医内治法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Diabetic Skin Pruritus with Internal Therapies of TCM

糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症是糖尿病常见的、难治性的并发症之一,因“数食甘美”,发病率高且呈快速上升的趋势。中医治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症疗效佳,副作用小,不易反复,近年来成为研究热点。文章综述了近几年中医各家对糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症病因病机的认识和遣方用药特色,从中医内治法方面进行系统总结归纳,体现中医药治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的优势和特色及良好的临床疗效。

Diabetic skin pruritus is one of the common and intractable complications of diabetes, because of "luscious diet", the incidence rate is high and rising rapidly. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic skin pruritus becomes a research hotspot in recent years with the good cura-tive effect, small side effects and not repeated occurrence. This article summarized the under-standing of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes pruritus and the characteristics of the pre-scription in recent years, systematically summarized from the aspects of internal treatment of tra-ditional Chinese medicine, embodied the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes skin pruritus and characteristic and good clinical curative effect.
