针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎发展状况的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of the Development of Chronic Prostatitis Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:勾勒出目前关于针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎研究的整体框架,并通过知识图谱对该领域的发展做出较为全面的梳理和分析,为今后该领域研究者提供研究方向和思路。方法:提取Web of Science中从2010年1月1日开始,截止于2023年3月31日这一时间范围内,发表于SSCI和SCI-EXPANDED中与针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎有关的文章以及这些文章的引文数据,分别从文献作者、发表期刊、所属国家、研究热点及其演进过程、共被引情况等角度,利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace两款软件对所得到的数据进行可视化分析,通过图表的形式量化地展示该研究领域的发展路径、研究热点和演进趋势。结果:1) 针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎这一领域的作者合作群体仍在形成过程中,但已经形成刘志顺、吴佳霓、秦宗实等知名学者;2) 刊载该领域论文的核心期刊为《Medicine》《International Urology and Nephrology》;3) 中国学者发表文献最多,但韩国、土耳其、美国学者所发表的文章在领域内的认可度较高;4) 该研究领域已经形成了相对稳定的研究主题,如针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效对照试验、针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎相关文章的回顾性分析;5) 共被引分析的结果提示,刊登这些被引文献数量最多的前三个期刊分别为《Journal of Urology》《Urology》和《BJU International》。结论:本研究梳理得到的研究脉络极具价值,为该领域研究者指出了今后研究的方向和思路。但本研究存在一定的缺陷,仍有进一步优化的地方。

Objective: To outline the overall framework of the current research on acupuncture and moxibus-tion treatment of chronic Prostatitis, and make a more comprehensive combing and analysis of the development of this field through the Knowledge graph, so as to provide research directions and ideas for future researchers in this field. Methods: From January 1, 2010 to March 31, 2023 in Web of Science, articles published in SSCI and SCI-EXPANDED related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic Prostatitis and citation data of these articles were extracted, the obtained data were visualized and analyzed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software, and the development path, research hotspots, and evolution trends of this research field through charts were quantitatively displayed. Results: 1) The cooperative group of authors in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic Prostatitis is still in the process of forming, but has formed well-known schol-ars such as Liu Zhishun, Wu Jiani, Qin Zongshi, et al.;2) The core journals that publish papers in this field are “Medicine” and “International Urology and Physiology”;3) Chinese scholars have published the most documents, but the articles published by Korean, Türkiye and American scholars are highly recognized in the field;4) This research field has formed a relatively stable research theme, such as the clinical efficacy control test of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating chronic Prosta-titis, and the retrospective analysis of articles related to acupuncture and moxibustion in treating chronic Prostatitis;5) The results of co citation analysis indicate that the top three journals with the highest number of cited literature are Journal of Urology, Urology, and BJU International. Conclusion: The research context obtained from this study is of great value and points out the direction and ideas for future research for researchers in this field. However, there are still certain shortcomings in this study, and there is still room for further optimization.
