摘要
原发性肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其治疗在近些年来取得了多方面的发展,但对于肝癌的预防、早期诊断以及复杂性肝癌的治疗目前仍是全球关注的热点及难点问题。阿司匹林作为解热镇痛药已有百年历史,目前有多项基础及临床研究表明,阿司匹林对于癌症的预防及治疗有一定的作用,其相关抗癌机制也不断被揭示,这给了肝癌的药物及辅助治疗一个崭新的方向,本文对阿司匹林防治原发性肝癌的研究进行综述。
Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, and its treatment has made progress in many aspects in recent years. However, the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of PLC are still focal and difficult issues of global concern. Aspirin has been used as an antipyretic and analgesic for a century. At present, a number of basic and clinical studies have shown that aspirin has a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of cancer, and its related anti-cancer mecha-nisms have been continuously revealed, which gives a new direction for the medical treatment and adjuvant therapy of primary liver cancer, this article reviewed the research of aspirin in the pre-vention and treatment of primary liver cancer.
