紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗老年冠心病患者原发病变的疗效

The Efficacy of Paclitaxel Coated Balloon Therapy in the Treatment of Primary Lesions in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:探讨紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗老年冠心病患者原发病变的疗效。方法:选择2020年12月至2022年12月期间医院接收的老年冠心病患者82例作为研究对象,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各41例,对照组采取普通球囊治疗,观察组采取紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗,比较两组的不良心血管事件发生率、心功能、心率变异性及靶血管直径及狭窄程度。结果:治疗有效率比较,观察组显著高于对照组(92.68% vs 73.17%, P < 0.05)。不良心血管事件发生率比较,观察组显著低于对照组(7.32% vs 24.39%, P < 0.05)。治疗后,观察组最小管腔直径、直径狭窄率、LVESD显著低于对照组,LVEF、CO显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗后,观察组SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:针对老年冠心病患者采取紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗可进一步改善心功能,调节心率变异性,扩大靶血管直径,降低狭窄程度,而且减少不良心血管事件发生,利于预后,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the efficacy of paclitaxel coated balloon therapy in the treatment of primary lesions in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Method: 82 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional balloon therapy, while the observation group received paclitaxel coated balloon therapy. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, cardiac function, heart rate variability, target vessel diameter and stenosis degree of the two groups were compared. Result: The treatment effectiveness rate was sig-nificantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (92.68% vs 73.17%, P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.32% vs 24.39%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the minimum lumen diameter, diameter stenosis rate, and LVESD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while LVEF and CO were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, and PNN50 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Adopting paclitaxel coated balloon therapy for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can further improve cardiac function, regulate heart rate variability, expand target vessel diameter, reduce stenosis, and reduce adverse cardiovascular events, which is beneficial for prognosis and worthy of promotion.
