摘要
目的:评价使用银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法:互联网检索2000~2023年国内发表的银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋效果的随机对照研究文献,使用Review Manager 5.4对符合标准的文献进行荟萃分析。结果:本研究共纳入无异质性的随机对照研究14篇。荟萃分析揭示,总有效率治疗组为92.42%,对照组为77.00%,两组比较P < 0.05。结论:银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋疗效较好,值得临床运用。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of sudden hearing loss. Methods: The related literature concerning the randomized controlled trials of Ginkgo biloba extract in treating sudden hearing loss published domestically between 2000 and 2023 was retrieved by a computer and Meta-analysis was conducted on the selected literature by means of Review Manager 5.4 software. Results: 14 randomized controlled trial literatures were included in this study, all without heterogeneity. Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate was 92.42% in the treat-ment group and 77.00% in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness, which is worthy of clinical reference.
