Application of Goal-Directed Fluid Therapy in Enhanced Recovery after Bariatric Surgery (ERABS)

减肥手术后增强恢复(the ERAS after bariatric surgery, ERABS)是一种改善减重代谢手术患者结局的方法,由于病态肥胖症患者具有特殊的病理生理学特点,ERAS在减重代谢手术领域中的应用被认为是一种挑战。目标导向液体治疗作为基于ERAS理念的个体化液体替代治疗方法,已被证明可以改善减重代谢手术患者的预后。本文将对目标导向液体治疗在减肥手术后增强恢复(ERABS)中的应用进行综述。

The ERAS after bariatric surgery (ERABS) is a method to improve the outcome of bariatric metabol-ic surgery. The application of ERAS in bariatric metabolic surgery is considered to be a challenge due to the special pathophysiological characteristics of morbid obese patients. Goal-directed fluid therapy, an individualized fluid replacement therapy approach based on the ERAS concept, has been shown to improve outcomes in patients undergoing weight-loss metabolic surgery. This article reviews the application of goal-directed fluid therapy in enhanced recovery after bariatric surgery (ERABS).
