老年COPD患者合并营养不良的危险因素及干预措施

The Risk Factors and Intervention Measures of Malnutrition in Elderly Patients with COPD

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种可预防的呼吸系统疾病。营养不良是COPD患者常见的合并症之一, COPD合并营养不良会导致呼吸肌功能障碍,进一步加重疾病,且营养不良本身也会增加患者死亡率。而老年人由于身体机能和免疫功能的减退成为COPD合并营养不良的高发人群,因此本文基于现有研究对老年COPD患者合并营养不良的危险因素及干预措施进行综述,为老年COPD患者合并营养不良的病情干预及延缓提供理论依据。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a preventable respiratory condition. Malnutrition is one of the common comorbidities of COPD patients. COPD combined with malnutrition can lead to respiratory muscle dysfunction, which exacerbation the disease, and malnutrition itself increases mortality. The elderly people have a high incidence of COPD combined malnutrition due to the de-cline of body function and immune function. Therefore, based on existing studies, this paper re-viewed the risk factors and intervention measures of elderly COPD patients complicated with mal-nutrition, so as to provide a basis for the intervention and delay of elderly COPD patients compli-cated with malnutrition.
