针刺联合低频脉冲电治疗视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病恢复期及后遗症期1例

Acupuncture Combined with Low Frequency Pulse Electricity for the Treatment of Convalescent and Sequelae Stage of Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disease in One Case

视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病是一种主要累及视神经和脊髓的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病。此病作为中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病在亚洲高发,复发率高,临床症状重,预后差,严重影响生活质量。笔者整理总结了1例临床上针刺对该疾病恢复期及后遗症期的治疗过程,为中医针刺治疗此病和进一步科学研究提供思路。

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease (NMOSD) is an inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system mainly involving the optic nerve and spinal cord. As a CNS demyelinating disease, this disease is high in Asia, with high recurrence rate, severe clinical symptoms and poor prognosis, which seriously affects the quality of life. The author collated and summarized the treatment process of the recovery period and sequelae of this disease, which provided ideas for the treatment of this disease and further scientific research.
