黄宗勖教授运用化湿法治疗泄泻经验

Professor Huang Zongxu’s Experience in Us-ing Dampness-Removing Method to Treat Diarrhea

现代西医认为泄泻是一种疾病表现的常见症状,西医病名如炎性肠病、吸收不良综合征、肠结核、肠肿瘤等都以泄泻作为主要症状。泄泻影响消化系统正常功能,单纯使用药物治疗效果不理想。黄老主张泄泻从湿论治,黄老认为“无湿不成泻”,治疗泄泻应从化湿入手。因此,本文通过分析黄宗勖教授应用化湿法治疗泄泻的典型病案,对临床上治疗泄泻产生进一步的理解。

Modern Western medicine believes that diarrhea is a common symptom of disease. Western medi-cine diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, malabsorption syndrome, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal tumors, etc. all have diarrhea as the main symptom. Diarrhea affects the normal function of the digestive system, and simple medication is not effective. Huang Lao advocated treating diar-rhea based on dampness. Huang Lao believed that “there is no diarrhea without dampness”, and the treatment of diarrhea should start with removing dampness. Therefore, this article analyzes the typical cases of Professor Huang Zongxu’s application of dampness-removing method to treat diar-rhea to gain a further understanding of the clinical treatment of diarrhea.
