辅助生殖技术在全国广泛应用,其研发和应用,应以安全为前提,不断提高该技术的有效性。胚胎选择技术的迅速发展,在促进临床单胚胎成功移植方面取得了重要的成就。选择性单胚胎移植在保证妊娠率的同时,可降低妊娠并发症,近年来成为生殖领域关注的重点内容。综述选择性单胚胎移植形态学评估、延时监测技术、植入前遗传学检测、代谢组学等评价方法,分析其研究进展。

Assisted reproductive technology is widely used in the country, and its research and application should be based on safety and continuously improve the effectiveness of the technology. The rapid development of embryo selection technology has made important achievements in promoting the successful transfer of clinical embryos. Selective single embryo transfer can not only ensure the pregnancy rate, but also reduce pregnancy complications, which has become the focus of attention in the field of reproduction in recent years. The evaluation methods of selective single embryo transfer, such as morphological evaluation, delayed monitoring technique, pre-implantation genetic detection and metabonomics, were reviewed, and their research progress was analyzed.
