《顾松园医镜》嗝症论治特点探析

目的:探讨顾松园《顾松园医镜》中嗝症治疗的理论思想与论治特点。方法:通过研究《顾松园医镜》一书中嗝症的相关论述,分析书中嗝症病因病机、理法方药的相关记载,整理归纳顾松园对于嗝症论治的学术特点,总结顾氏治疗嗝症的独到之处。结果:顾松园认为嗝症的主要病因病机是阴血枯耗,胃脘干槁,指出与肺脾胃肾有关,认为嗝症病因虚实不同,须因证施治,治疗以虚补为主,重视药食同补,注重血肉有情之品的运用,喜用自然药汁入药来治疗嗝症。结论:顾氏阐释阴血枯竭胃脘干枯为嗝症病机,提出补气养血、生津润燥为嗝症虚证的基本治法,其学术经验对现代临床治疗食管癌、胃癌等相关疾病提供新思路与理论参考,值得传承发展。

Objective: To explore the theoretical ideas and treatment characteristics of Dysphagia and nausea in Gu Songyuan’s “Gu Songyuan Medical Mirror”. Method: By studying the relevant discussions on Dysphagia and nausea in the book “Gu Songyuan Medical Mirror”, analyzing the relevant records on the etiology, pathogenesis, principles, and prescriptions of Dysphagia and nausea in the book, or-ganizing and summarizing Gu Songyuan’s academic characteristics in the treatment of Dysphagia and nausea, and summarizing Gu’s unique treatment of Dysphagia and nausea. Result: Gu Songyuan believes that the main cause and pathogenesis of Dysphagia and nausea is the depletion of yin and blood, and the dry and withered stomach. He points out that it is related to the lungs, spleen, stom-ach, and kidneys. He believes that the cause of Dysphagia and nausea is different from deficiency and excess, and treatment should be based on symptoms. Treatment should focus on deficiency and supplement, emphasizing the use of both medicine and food, and emphasizing the use of emotional products with blood and flesh. He prefers to use natural medicinal juice as medicine to treat Dys-phagia and nausea.
