慢性乙型肝炎患者低病毒血症研究进展

Research Progress of Low-Level Viraemia in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

近年来,随着HBV检测技术的不断提高以及抗病毒治疗的逐渐发展,HBV感染患者出现低病毒血症的问题日益明显,这使得低病毒血症成为临床关注的热点问题,本文就慢性乙型肝炎患者出现低病毒血症的现有研究做一总结性综述,从而为临床上该类患者的诊疗管理提供参考。

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of HBV detection technology and the gradual de-velopment of antiviral treatment, the problem of low-level viraemia in HBV-infected patients has become increasingly obvious. This makes low-level viraemia become a hot issue of clinical concern. This article makes a summary of the existing research on low-level viraemia in patients with chron-ic hepatitis B, so as to provide a reference for clinical management of such patients.
