摘要
分析FA280S全自动粪便分析仪、醛醚离心沉淀法(Aldehyde Ether Centrifugal Precipitation, AECP)、酶联免疫吸附试验法(Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA)对早期华支睾吸虫病的检测效果。选择广州市红十字会医院139例疑似华支睾吸虫感染患者,分别采用FA280S全自动粪便分析仪,醛醚离心沉淀及ELISA法检测,比较3种方法的检测效果。结果显示FA280S全自动粪便分析仪检测华支睾吸虫阳性率为87.8%,醛醚离心沉淀法为76.3%,ELISA法为78.4%,FA280S全自动粪便分析仪检测华支睾吸虫的阳性率高于醛醚离心沉淀法(P 0.05)。因此在华支睾吸虫病的检测中,FA280S全自动粪便分析仪优于醛醚离心沉淀法及ELISA法,可作为诊断早期华支睾吸虫病的主要方法。
To analyze the effects of FA280S automatic stool analyzer, aldehyde ether centrifugal precipitation (AECP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on the detection of early-stage Clonorchi-asis. 139 patients with suspected Clonorchis sinensis infection were selected from Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital, and were detected by FA280S automatic stool analyzer, AECP and ELISA method, respectively, to compare the detection effects of the three methods. The result show that the posi-tivity rate of FA280S was 87.8%, that of AECP was 76.3%, and that of ELISA was 78.4%. The positiv-ity rate of FA280S was higher than that of AECP (P 0.05). The FA280S automatic stool analyzer is better than the AECP and ELISA in the detection of Clonorchiasis, and it can be used as the main method to diagnose Clonor-chiasis in the early stage.
