Research Progress on the Recurrence of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Tumors

非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤(NMIBC)具有较高的发病率和复发率;给患者带来了极大的不适和经济负担。我们对NMIBC的复发进行了PubMed文献检索,本文综述的重点是综合我们目前对与NMIBC复发的相关研究,简要总结了有关性别、分子生物学、生活因素、临床研究、复发机制这五个方面与NMIBC复发的相关研究进展并作一综述。

Non-muscle invasive bladder tumor (NMIBC) has a high incidence and recurrence rate. It imposes significant discomfort and economic burden on patients. We conducted a comprehensive literature search on PubMed regarding the recurrence of NMIBC. The focus of this review is to synthesize our current studies on the recurrence patterns observed in NMIBC. This paper provides a concise sum-mary of research progress in five key areas related to NMIBC relapse: gender differences, molecular biology aspects, lifestyle factors influencing recurrence rates, clinical research findings, and under-lying mechanisms contributing to relapse.
