摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种多见于老年人的神经退行性疾病,以黑质多巴胺能神经元变性、缺失、减少,神经元α-突触核蛋白沉积及路易小体形成为病理特征。胃饥饿素、瘦素具有明确的神经保护作用。本文就PD与胃饥饿素、瘦素的关系进行综述,进一步探讨胃饥饿素、瘦素对PD的影响。
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease that is more common in the elderly. The pathological features of PD are degeneration, loss, and reduction of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra, α-synuclein deposition in neurons, and Lewy body size. Ghrelin and leptin have clear neuroprotective effects. This article reviews the relationship between PD and ghrelin and lep-tin, and further discusses the effects of ghrelin and leptin on PD.
