认知行为疗法联合地西泮治疗酒精依赖综合征患者的效果研究

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Combined with Diazepam on Patients with Alcohol Dependence Syndrome

目的:探索认知行为疗法联合地西泮治疗酒精依赖综合征患者的效果研究。方法:选取2022年6月~2023年6月在青岛市精神卫生中心物质依赖病房住院治疗酒精依赖患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予地西泮治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,加用认知行为疗法,比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、酒精阶段综合征评定量表评分。结果:治疗后,实验组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、酒精阶段综合征评定量表评分均较对照组明显降低(P < 0.05)。结论:认知行为疗法联合地西泮治疗酒精依赖综合征患者的治疗效果较好,能有效提升患者戒断效果,改善焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with diazepam in the treatment of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 alcohol-dependent patients hospitalized in the substance dependence ward of Qingdao Mental Health Center from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diazepam, and the experimental group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group. The scores of Hamilton depression Scale, Hamilton Anxie-ty Scale and Alcohol Stage Syndrome Rating Scale before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of Hamilton depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Alcohol Stage Syndrome Rating Scale in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with diazepam has a good therapeutic effect on patients with alcohol dependence syndrome, which can effectively improve the withdrawal effect of patients and improve the state of anxiety and de-pression.
